We are delighted to announce the return of our much-loved traditional Santa’s Grotto to Barton Grange. The elves are working hard to make sure it’s even more magical and memorable than ever. This year, we are also offering special SEN and baby grotto events. Let’s make it a Christmas to remember!

SANTA'S GROTTO
Thursday 28th November – Tuesday 24th December 2024
Step into an enchanting winter wonderland where your very own elf guide will guide you past snow-capped trees and polar bears to meet Father Christmas. An age-appropriate gift and photograph to commemorate the magical moment is included.
BABY GROTTO
Monday 25th November & Tuesday 26th November 2024
We are also hosting special baby-friendly Santa’s Grotto experiences dedicated to under-2’s. With age-appropriate gifts and a chance to meet Santa for the first time, this is a special experience for families to start cherished traditions and create joyful memories.
SEN GROTTO
Thursday 5th December & Thursday 12th December 2024
This year, we are hosting an SEN Santa’s Grotto and we are being supported by local charity, OJ’s Care, who work with children with autism, learning disabilities and associated disorders. All children are welcome at all our Santa events but if you feel your child has special requirements, you may wish to consider booking on our SEN dedicated days. What's included?
Tickets include a 5-minute experience (per child) with your very own elf guide who will take you to meet Santa.
Children attending Grotto and SEN Grotto will receive an age-appropriate gift, an activity book, a novelty teddy, reindeer food, chocolate coins and a printed photograph to commemorate their trip.
Children attending Baby Grotto will receive an age-appropriate gift, a hardback book and a printed photograph to commemorate their trip.
Prices:
Minimum of 1 child per booking.
Grotto: £26 per child
Baby Grotto: £23 per child (under 2)
SEN Grotto: £26 per child (aged 2+)
*Free entry for adults, all children MUST be supervised at all times.
Location:
Santa’s Grotto is located in the Christmas department at Barton Grange.
Santa’s Grotto tickets CANNOT be altered once booked so please take care and double check you have selected the correct booking date and time. Should you need to restart your booking please use the cancel button and refrain from using the browser back button.
Refund Policy:
Santa’s Grotto tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booking, please contact [email protected] and state your booking reference.
