Senior Hospitality Assistant
As a Senior you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all our catering faciltites: our two restaurants, Blooms and The Ocean the Oasis Coffee Bar, Knickerbockers Ice Cream Parlour, Barbossa and Alcohol Bar together with running private functions in The Copper Lounge and corporate events throughout the building.
Experience of leadership, managing a team and confidence within the hospitality industry is essential, together with the ability and confidence to run the team and lead the front of house shifts alongside and in the absence of the Supervisor .
Part of the job role will include stock taking, placing orders, managing emails and customer enquiries, ongoing training with all the team to learn and develop.
Customer interaction and personality are also key for us, so we are looking for high energy people to be part of our lively team in a fun, fast-paced environment with the opportunity for progression.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Full training will be provided – previous experience preferred.
Great work life balance – no split shifts and every other weekend off.
Working an average of 42.5 hours per week to cover between 8:00am and 11:00pm with a fair share of early shifts and late shift.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary: £13.59 per hour.
