Barton Grange Christmas Nights offer a unique evening experience with extended opening hours, allowing you to shop for gifts and enjoy delicious festive meals in a serene night-time ambience. Perfect for those who want to relax and take the stress out of Christmas shopping!

Christmas Magic in Every Bite
During our Christmas Nights, from 4pm to 7pm, we’ll be serving our legendary hotpot supper and giant pig in blanket in The Riverside Cafe, along with our homemade pies with peas and gravy.
Spectacular Light Show
Experience the enchanting magic of our mesmerising light show in the outdoor plant area from 4pm during our late night openings. Join us for a dazzling display that transforms the night into a spectacle of illumination, adding a touch of wonder to your shopping experience.
Magical VR Sleigh Ride
With so much to do before the big day, Santa needs your help to test out his sleigh! Hop aboard and hold tight as you take off on an exhilarating Christmas journey to Lapland. Be prepared, it could get bumpy!
Located in our Outdoor Plant Area at Barton Grange, Santa’s Magical Sleigh Ride consists of a five-minute experience including a three-minute VR ride.
For the best virtual reality experience, a VR headset must be worn. Those with photosensitive epilepsy or suffer with motion sickness may be affected.
Price: £6
This experience is recommended for those aged 2+

The Farm Shop and The Cook Shop are also open until 8pm during our Christmas Nights, giving you the chance to stock up on everything you need to make your festive celebrations extra special. Our award-winning Farm Shop is filled with delicious, seasonal produce sourced from the best local suppliers including Honeywell’s Butchers. Christmas entertaining will be a joy thanks to The Cook Shop’s beautifully designed kitchenware and accessories. Shop for festive tableware, baking utensils, recipe books, clever gadgets and more!
The Best is Yeti To Come!
Our family of singing Yetis have arrived in our outside plant area. Watch them as they perform a show of festive songs. It’s great fun for all the family!
Plan Your Visit
Enjoy a leisurely trip and visit us in the evening when it’s quieter. We are open until 8pm Tuesday to Saturday from Tuesday 15th November until Saturday 17th December so you are able to enjoy all the magic at a more leisurely pace.

During our Christmas Nights, from 4pm to 7pm, we’ll be serving our legendary hotpot supper in The Riverside Cafe, along with our homemade pies with peas and gravy. Plus new for 2023, we are also offering a giant pig in a blanket!
Willows Restaurant
To get you truly into the Christmas spirit, dine in Willows Restaurant overlooking the light show in our plant area where our special 2 and 3 course Christmas menus will be served alongside our main menu from 4pm to 7pm during our Christmas nights.
