Santa's Grotto
Under 2’s can attend free of charge with a paying child but will not receive a gift from Father Christmas. If you would like your child to receive a gift and attend a regular grotto session, then you must buy a full priced ticket.
Absolutely! Each child will receive one printed photograph with Santa and our elves will encourage guests to take as many of their own photos as they like.
Once bookings have been made they cannot be rearranged. If you can’t make your booking, you will need to email [email protected] to arrange cancellation. It will then be up to you to re-book for a more suitable time.
The experience is different from events such as Santa’s Christmas Journey and the Christmas Parties. It is a traditional grotto experience and will not have access to the VR ride.
Yes, we will not be accepting walk-ins for this event. All tickets must be purchased via the website.
Please rebook a more suitable time. Email [email protected] the confirmation email of the booking you can’t attend and our accounts team will process a refund. Please allow 2 to 3 working days.
We recommend a maximum of 6 people, however if you would like to bring more guests, that is fine. Due to the intimate atmosphere of the grotto, this may impact upon your experience.

Children's Christmas Parties
Yes of course. If joining with another group please inform us by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before your party.
Absolutely! Although there is no professional photograph included in the parties, we encourage guests to take as many of their own photos as they like. There will be an opportunity for a photo with Santa as part of the meet and greet.

Magical VR Sleigh Ride
Yes, we accept walk-in bookings for the VR Ride experience but we will prioritise those who have pre-booked a time slot. You can ask our staff at the VR Ride each day if there are any spaces for walk-ins. Please note, this ride is Card Payment only for walk-ins which is payable at the ride.

No, the VR sleigh ride is not the same as previous years in the Garden Centre. This is the ride that was included last year in Santa’s Christmas Journey.
No, the VR sleigh is a 5 minute experience including a 3 minute ride. Please see our Children’s Christmas Parties and Santa’s Grotto for experiences which include a visit from Santa.
