Event Sales Manager

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion to help us drive sales forward, building on our continuing growth.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday (40hrs) with a salary up to £40k dependent upon experience.
The role:
- You will be responsible for securing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets, working with the Social Media Manager to identify potential new customers.
- Developing strong relationships with current and new customers.
- Managing all aspects of running events from initial inquiry with exceptional customer service.
- Briefing the wider management team to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Be an ambassador of the Flower Bowl highlighting the venue’s exceptional facilities.
We are looking for someone:
- With proven experience of sales/events.
- Has strong administration skills with a passion for exceeding our customer expectations.
- With natural enthusiasm and who genuinely enjoys social interaction.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary: circa £40k depending on experience.
