An exciting opportunity has arisen at Barton Grange Garden Centre to join our award winning Outside Sales team. We are looking for a dedicated, highly driven and approachable individual to be a key player within a dynamic team. You must be able to work to a high standard and in a fast paced environment. Strong organisational skills, previous customer facing experience and flexibility are essential.
This is a physically demanding role as it involves the movement of bulky / heavy stock items.
Experience of working in dry goods is preferred but not essential.
You will be expected to:
Water and maintain plants
Organise stock and shop fit in the yard
Check off deliveries ready for the shop floor
Provide excellent customer service.
As a full time member of staff you will be working 4 days per week plus alternate weekends (average 39.75 hours) – Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Saturday 8.45am to 5.45pm and Sunday 9.30am to 5.00pm.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary will range from £6.40 per hour (under 18 years) to £11.44 per hour (21+ years).
