Barton Grange is celebrating after winning the Ruxley Rose Award for the Best Plant Area in the UK for the second year running.

Our plant team collected the prestigious trophy at a special awards ceremony at the Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel and Spa in Blackburn on Monday 23rd January.

Run by the Garden Centre Association (GCA), the Ruxley Rose is an annual competition to find the UK’s finest outdoor plant displays. During a rigorous one-year process, judges assess the quality, presentation and overall range of plants on offer. They also assess staff on their plant knowledge, service and customer care.

Barton Grange Plant Area Manager Will Clark says: “We’re thrilled to have been named best plant area in the UK. This is such a sought-after award in the industry and the standards rise every year. It’s thanks to the amazing hard work and dedication of every member of the team that we’ve won this award again!”

Barton Grange Garden Centre also picked up the Weber Outdoor Living Award for Best Outdoor Living Retailer.
