Activities Assistants - Part Time

The Flower Bowl is a multi-activity leisure venue offering curling, ten-pin bowling, a three-screen cinema, crazy golf, a golf simulator, crazy pool and a VR ride.         In addition to these activities, the Centre boasts a variety of dining options. 

As an Activities Assistant, you are responsible for taking care of our Bowling, Golf, Curling and VR ride guests, as well as providing first-class customer service at  Reception. We are looking for enthusiastic assistants who are willing to learn or improve their technical skills, whether it be, oiling the bowling lanes, cutting the curling ice, or answering emails and phone calls.

Full training will be provided – no prior experience is required.

Customer interaction and personality is key for us. With the only curling rink in England, we are looking for high energy people to help lead curling sessions for customers and become part of our team of curling coaches.

Working pattern

We have various shift lengths which cover service between 8:00am starts and 11:00pm finishes.

2 Part Time options :

  Mondays & Wednesdays plus alternate Weekends approximately 18 – 20 hrs per week  OR

Wednesdays & Thursdays plus alternate Weekends approximately 18 – 20 hrs per week

There will be a fair share of early and late shifts however there is a requirements to work during the day on the weekday shifts.

PAY AND BENEFITS

Salary will range from £6.40 at under 18 years to £11.44 at 21+ years per hour.

Staff discount – on all activities and 20% discount at the Garden Centre.
