Chef
You will join our kitchen brigade of 30 supplying a full range of dishes to our Riverside Cafe (350 covers).
You will need to be able to produce high quality dishes at a fast pace whilst undertaking kitchen management duties including:
stock control, ordering and ensuring food safety and cleaning are kept to the highest standards.
Good time keeping is essential as is being a team player.
This is a full time position working 4 days per week plus alternate weekends:
8.00am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00 p.m. on alternate weekends.
THERE ARE NO SPLIT SHIFTS
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary is £11.90 per hour which is the equivalent of to £25,061 (40.5 hours per week) dependent upon experience.
