Senior Till Operator
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our busy
Tills & Customer Service team.
Customer focused with commitment to ensure we deliver a high standard of customer care.
You are required to work 4 days per week plus alternate weekends:
Monday – Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm Saturday 8:45am to 5:45pm and Sunday 9:30am to 5:00pm
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
• Resolving customer queries, ensuring the smooth running of the till operation
• Setting up and closing down the tills, cash handling and processing refunds.
• Supporting other members of staff.
• Taking Events Bookings
QUALITIES NEEDED:
• Experience of a busy till environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills essential.
• Ability to multi task problem solve and make decisions.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Salary will be £12.47 per hour.
